Last Sunday brought major fundraising support to the Lupus Research Alliance (LRA) during Lupus Awareness Day at the New York Jets game against rival New England Patriots.

LRA President/CEO Albert Roy and passionate Walk with Us to Cure Lupus Team Captain Narae Yun received a check for half of the Jets 50/50 raffle proceeds — $43,732 for lupus research!

e LRA with honorary team game captain and lupus warrior Claudine Mauriello doing the coin toss with her dad, LRA Board member Joseph Mauriello.
In addition, a large group of LRA volunteers were introduced to nearly 80,000 fans. Signage and announcements put lupus top of mind throughout the day.
