Lupus Awareness Month begins today, and with it comes a renewed sense of purpose, momentum, and possibility. Thanks to a growing community of people like you – people living with lupus, families, advocates, researchers, supporters – there has never been a more hopeful moment for the future of lupus research.
This year, the Lupus Research Alliance is celebrating the month with the theme, “Hope in Action: The Future of Lupus.” This reflects the tremendous progress we’re making as we work to free the world of lupus. Major advances are underway; yet more work remains to deliver individualized treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
Your voice, your advocacy, and engagement are essential to driving that progress forward.
