Support NYC Marathon Runners Pounding the Pavement for Lupus Research
Meet Team Life Without Lupus - 12 runners will take to the streets in the 2016 TCS New York City Marathon Sunday, November 6th to raise funds to benefit the Lupus Research Alliance! They are running for their moms, wives, patients to advance the research that will bring much-needed new treatments and ultimately a cure. One young woman is running for her own Life Without Lupus and to help the millions of others impacted by the disease worldwide.
How can you support these dedicated dozen? Donate to help them reach their fundraising goal. And gather to cheer them on along the 26.2 mile course through the 5 boroughs.
Join at any of the three cheering sections in Brooklyn and Manhattan where the lupus community comes out to show our appreciation for the steps these runners are taking on our behalf:

Fort Greene, Brooklyn (8 Mile): 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
Meeting at Ashland Place and Lafayette Avenue, in front of the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
Midtown, Manhattan (Mile 16): 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
Meeting at East 75th Street and First Avenue in front of Starbucks.
Harlem, Manhattan (Mile 21): 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Meeting at the corner of 120th Street and 5th Avenue, in front of the 5th On The Park Condominium Complex
