Fans joined the New York Jets and the Alliance for Lupus Research (ALR) at this year’s New York Jets Kickoff Luncheon.
On Wednesday, August 29, 2007, over 500 guests and J-E-T-S Jets! Jets! Jets! Fans joined the New York Jets and the Alliance for Lupus Research (ALR) at this year’s New York Jets Kickoff Luncheon. The annual kickoff luncheon honored John Adam Kanas, former President, CEO and Chairman of North Fork Bancorporation, Inc. and was held at Cipriani Wall Street. Over $800,000 was raised for ALR-funded lupus research and the important community investments made by the New York Jets Foundation.
